Nestled between a private lake and the Gulf of Mexico, this condo is a great place to be. It resides in the heart of Panama City Beach. The best shopping, entertainment, and dining are all around. Access to five swimming pools, two hot tubs, putting green, fitness room and ocean across the street. There is the Wharf Seafood Buffet, the Candy Maker ice cream/candy store, Salon, Juan Taco, Lu Lu's sports bar, and the Press Coffee shop in the shop's downstairs. More to come in March 2022. 

Parking on the 6th floor of the North Parking garage will make loading and unloading easy. There is no need to use the stairs or elevator. Covered parking garage for two vehicles.

The maximum capacity for this unit is 10 guests. THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN AND INFANTS UNDER 2 YEARS OLD.

Per Panama City Beach fire codes. We cannot exceed 10 guests’ period.        

One person in the party must be 25 years of age to rent this unit.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
